We went the other day to the Maybes farm to see all of their cute little chicks. Addaly wasn't so sure of them at first, but then she warmed right up! She got to feed and hold them. Such a fun experience especially right in time for Easter!

Grandma Tula!

Our Bestest Grandma Tula as Addaly calls her passed away today. She has had a rough go since the end of November. She suffered several strokes, pneumonia and several infections. I know that she is in such a better place, but it's so hard to see her go! I have so many great memories that I will never forget! I especially loved watching her with Addaly. There was just something so special between those two! We miss you so much already! We love you soooo much Grandma Tula, and are so glad that you are free from all the pain!

So Fun!

Addaly and I went with my BFF Shell a couple of weeks ago to the Discovery Gateway. It was so fun! She was in heaven! She loved loved the grocery store and the little house. She loves anything that screams girl! That place was amazing! It had so much stuff to do for all ages! Thanks to Jax for showing her the ropes and playing so good with her!

I don't have any idea who this lady was, but her outfit was killing me! I'm going to get in trouble one of these days for taking random pictures of people, but I can't help that I love to people watch and I want to share all the goods!

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day! We had a fabulous and fun Valentines Day! Holidays just seem so much more fun when you have little ones! We decorated sugar cookies and cupcakes, had heart shaped french toast, and Doug and I had a fabulous date! Addaly got to have a "slumber party" (only her 3rd sleepover ever!) with Grandma Jackie while Doug and I got the night all to our selves!
I just want Doug to know how much I love him and am so lucky that he is in my life! He is a fabulous Dad and loves our little girl so much!
Hope everybody had a fabulous Valentines Day now off to the festivities of my 27th birthday! Kinda scary getting really close to 30!

Addaly Doodle the Make-up Artist!

This little girl is a total crack up! She is everything girlie! She loves princesses, playing kitchen and anything pink! lately she has been loving to give makeovers! it is a daily thing for her to get the curling iron (not on of course!) brush, comb and hairspray and do my hair! She will mimic everything that I tell her when I'm doing her hair. She will say "hold still mom", "it's not hot" and "were almost done!" She has even started doing Doug's hair! She loves loves loves lip gloss. She'll have 8 tubes in front of her and she has to put "just a little bit" of each one!
When we ask her if she wants a brother or a sister. Shes says sister and that she wants to name her pinkie! She is such a love and we are so grateful to have her in our lives!!

Oh my, probably one of the funniest things ever! My Mom, Kam, Addaly and I were shopping at Kohl's the other day and came across these lovlies! Right there on the clearance rack were these sexy short shorts! Seriously who ever thought that men should wear such a thing? We made Kam try them on in a little photo shoot! We were laughing so hard we were in tears! At $2.35 who couldn't buy them? That's just what we did!! Oh were going to have fun with those bad boys!!
